Thermal and motor circuit breakers testing stand
The stand is designed for use by the manufacturers of thermal and motor circuit breakers and by the certifying laboratories. It is ideal for performing the qualification tests of thermal releases of circuit breakers in a wide range of their nominal currents (0.1A - 125A) . It is possible to test 10 apparatuses (40 current circuits) simultaneously. Repeatability of results is guaranteed by fitted-in precise sinusoidal current source, thermal chamber and automatic data storage. Programmable testing parameters enable conducting tests in accordance to user requirements. The stand is designed to operate in industrial conditions.
Car fuses testing stand
The tester is intended for use in car fuses certifying laboratories and their manufacturers. It enables a simultaneous test of 3 pieces of fuses in a range of nominal currents from 1A to 250A . The variety of tests include : current load , leakage current , voltage loss on conducting elements and resistance to repeatable load. Programmable test conditions , wide range of adjustable parameters and automatic results storage are the main advantages. The stand is equipped with 5 kinds of test poles, therefore it is possible to perform tests of apparatuses of different manufacturers in accordance to the requirements of ISO 8820, ISO8823-1,2,3.
Varistor testers
They are devices intended for operation in industrial environment. Their main function is measurement of electrical parameters of varistors and - in accordance to obtained results - their selection . The tester precisely detects the bend of voltage-current characteristic. Thanks to the automatic results read-out and recording it is possible to measure the varistors of any classification voltage - low , medium or high .
Varistor testers
The tester's main function is measurement of reference voltage. The active component of current forced by sinusoidal voltage is measured. Programmable measurement settings , automatic results read-out , their evaluation and recording in addition to optional computer cooperation makes it easy to use it in an automatic production line. The tester has a built-in LCD display , indication lamps and a buzzer which makes it a user-friendly device.
Thyristor short circuit switch
Thyristor short circuit AC switch is a part of testing stand for measuring the short circuit switching capabilities of motor and thermal circuit breakers. Its main features like : programmable test conditions , automatic diagnostics of all test stand components and a maximum output current value of 17 kA - enable it to perform the tests of apparatuses in accordance to standard requirements and the construction tests as well.
